You seem to have only pointed out in your post that you cannot be an anti ganker because your last ganker kill was in November 2016. Most high sec carebears do not know what zkillboard is. It is not hard to kill people without appearing on zkillboard. I have several alts that manage quite fine to not appear on killboards but still manage to farm tears.

Back when I was an official CODE. diplomat (http://www.minerbumping.com/2015/05/super-diplomacy.html ...fun times...) that happened. Back when people were trying to set new records in how much we killed.
People just did not get that standings are insignificant next to compliance with the New Halaima Code of Conduct. And yes, that includes having a permit!
